About this position:
We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistance of all levels to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide essential assistance to individuals who require support with their daily activities and personal care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with medication reminders, report discrepancies
- Provide patient care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Transferring of patients as needed using proper body mechanics
- Care for individuals with Dementia or memory impairments
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and employees
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide care in various settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or private residences
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation
- Second form of ID such as Social Security Card or Passport
- Active Florida CNA License
- Auto Insurance with expiration dates visible
- Hands-On CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TB test (PPD or lab within 6 months) or chest X-ray within 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
- Level 2 Background Screening for the State of FL-AHCA (or willingness to obtain)
- Professionalism, strong communication and documentation skills, and consistent reliability
