McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency serving Lee and Collier County. We are currently hiring experienced Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for several one-on-one home care cases throughout Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Naples.

We are looking for dependable caregivers who are flexible, professional, comfortable working independently, and able to meet the specific needs of each client.

Naples 34109 – Couples Care Case
• Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
• 10:45 AM–2:45 PM
• Female caregiver preferred based on client care needs and preferences
• Seeking an experienced, professional caregiver who is confident working independently in a private home setting
• Strong hands-on caregiving experience and familiarity with home care routines preferred
• Ideal candidate is dependable, patient, attentive, and comfortable supporting a couple in the home

Fort Myers 33907 – Tuesday 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
Female client with a seizure disorder. Caregiver should be attentive, reliable, comfortable following the care plan, and able to recognize and promptly report concerns or changes in condition.

Live-In Male Caregiver for Male Client – Flexible Schedule & Travel
Live-in companion-style case for a male client. Schedule is generally Monday–Friday but may occasionally be Tuesday–Saturday. Flexibility is very important. Caregiver must be comfortable with domestic and international travel and may be asked to remain onsite during scheduled days off while traveling or staying at another residence. Client prefers a male companion-style caregiver. Ideal candidate is professional, personable, adaptable, and comfortable in a live-in setting. Client/family interview required before placement.

Naples 34112 – Daytime Case Beginning in November
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus Saturdays approximately 10:00 AM–4:00 or 5:00 PM. Hours may change. Seeking an experienced, professional caregiver who is dependable and comfortable with hands-on private-duty care.

Naples 34110 – Wednesday & Friday Mornings
Approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Hours may change. Good fit for an experienced caregiver looking for shorter daytime assignments.

Additional Staffing Needs
• Short morning and evening shifts
• Caregivers willing to work in Bonita Springs and Estero
• Caregivers comfortable supporting clients receiving hospice services
• Flexible caregivers open to new and changing client needs

Responsibilities May Include
Personal care and ADLs, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility support, meal preparation, hydration, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, safety supervision, following the care plan, reporting concerns, and timely documentation.

Qualifications
• Previous hands-on caregiving experience is required
• Florida CNA license, HHA certificate, or strong private-duty caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Hands-on CPR certification or willingness to obtain - online is not accepted
• TB screening within the last 6 months or X-Ray within the last 5 years
• Eligibility for Level 2 AHCA background screening https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Dependable attendance, clear communication, professionalism, and flexibility
